  • my favourite fidgets are tangles, they can also be easily attached to bags and are soundless
  • pop its are also great
  • needohs count as liquids so avoid bringing them when flying
meds
  • when travelling keep medication in its original packaging
  • ensure you have the right documents needed for it
  • bring a pill organiser to help once you're there, i love the dosey flower one
accessibility aids
  • the sunflower lanyard is useful for busy airports and areas
  • id such as an access card/national disability id/blue badge can quickly explain needs
semi noise cancelling earplugs/headphones
  • loop engage earplugs are especially good for airports, blocking out background noise but staying focused on the present (i have the clear ones)
  • loop experience earplugs dial down high volume to a more comfortable level and are great for concerts, big events or attractions (i have them in silver)
full noise cancelling earplugs/headphones
  • i have the apple airpods pro which i use to listen to music and to also block out all sound with its noise cancellation
  • i have tried loop quiet earplugs and they also block out noise but don't play music
  • loop dream earplugs work well and are comfortable for sleeping, which don't often come together (i have them in black)
