what next?

this is a recount of my personal experiences of travelling from the uk and is not guidance. all of the processes detailed are for stays of a duration of less than 3 months, which is usually the maximum amount you can bring controlled medication into countries without further process. i cannot ensure that the regulations mentioned are correct or are the only things you must do before travelling as they are only things i had done. the most up to date advice can be found by contacting the uk embassy of the country you are planning on visiting to ensure you have the right documentation, which you should do before travelling. by using this website you consent to the full disclaimer found here.
