Hello and thank you for visiting my website. I made it to help other people by simplifying the difference in rules and regulations for different countries when taking ADHD medication abroad from the UK.

I have been to ___ countries (including stopovers) at the time of writing but only one with my medication and as I further explore the world I hope to update you about travelling with it!

This website also contains information about different types of ADHD medication and a packing list with specific ADHD essentials including my favourites.
