hello and thank you for visiting my website. i made it to help other people by simplifying the difference in rules and regulations for different countries when taking adhd medication abroad from the uk.

i have been to 4 continents and 21 countries (including stopovers) at the time of writing but only one with my medication and as i further explore the world i hope to update you about travelling with it!

this website also contains information about different types of adhd medication and a packing list with specific adhd essentials including my favourites.
